- The information submitted by you is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are legally capable of providing the information and accepting these Terms.

Your electronic acceptance, submission date, time, IP address where technically available, and the version of the Terms accepted may be recorded for administrative and legal purposes.
3. Nature of Registration
Submitting the registration form is an expression of interest in Nu-XGenAI’s programmes.
Registration alone:
- Does not confirm admission or reserve a seat.
- Does not create an obligation on Nu-XGenAI to offer a particular programme.
- Does not constitute payment or final enrolment unless expressly confirmed.
- Does not guarantee eligibility for any course, package, scholarship, discount or benefit.
- Does not guarantee employment, freelance work, business success, social-media growth or online earnings.
Admission may depend on factors such as age, skill level, educational background, available seats, programme suitability, payment completion and successful skill assessment.
Nu-XGenAI may contact you to understand your goals and recommend a suitable programme.
4. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information regarding your age, education, occupation, contact details and learning requirements.
Certain programmes may have:
- Minimum or maximum age requirements.
- Recommended educational qualifications.
- Device, software or internet requirements.
- Prerequisite skills.
- Separate conditions for school students, working professionals or business candidates.
Nu-XGenAI may refuse or cancel registration where:
- False, misleading or incomplete information has been supplied.
- The candidate does not satisfy programme requirements.
- The candidate has engaged in abusive, unlawful or disruptive conduct.
- Admission would create a safety, compliance or operational concern.
- Seats are unavailable.
Any refusal will remain subject to applicable law and shall not unlawfully discriminate against a candidate.
5. Candidates Below 18 Years of Age
A candidate below 18 years of age may register only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
The parent or guardian confirms that they:
- Have reviewed these Terms.
- Authorise the candidate’s registration and participation.
- Consent to the collection and use of the candidate’s information for admission, communication and programme administration.
- Will supervise the candidate’s use of third-party AI platforms, online tools and social-media services where appropriate.
- Understand that some third-party platforms may impose their own minimum-age requirements.
- Will be responsible for payments, attendance permissions and necessary equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Nu-XGenAI may request the guardian’s name, telephone number, email address or other reasonable verification before confirming enrolment.
A minor should not independently provide payment-card information, enter a commercial agreement or create an account on a platform that does not permit their age group.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act contains specific safeguards concerning the processing of children’s personal data, including verifiable parental consent requirements where applicable.
6. Skill Assessment and Programme Recommendation
Nu-XGenAI may conduct a questionnaire, interview, practical exercise, counselling session or skill assessment to understand the candidate’s abilities and goals.
Any recommendation resulting from an assessment:
- Is advisory and educational.
- Is based on the information available at that time.
- Is not a medical, psychological or legally recognised aptitude diagnosis.
- Does not guarantee future performance, admission, employment or earnings.
- May change after further interaction with the candidate.
Candidates should independently consider their time, financial capacity, interests and personal circumstances before joining a programme.
7. Programme Information
Programme names, curriculum, duration, mode, timetable, trainer, venue, software used and included facilities may be described on the website, brochure, proposal or admission communication.
Nu-XGenAI may make reasonable changes where necessary due to:
- Updates in AI tools or technology.
- Changes in third-party platforms.
- Trainer availability.
- Student requirements.
- Operational, regulatory or safety concerns.
- Events beyond reasonable control.
Where a material change affects an enrolled candidate, Nu-XGenAI will make reasonable efforts to notify the candidate and provide an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option or remedy according to the applicable enrolment and refund policy.
8. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee of Earnings
Nu-XGenAI provides education, training, mentoring and skill-development support. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the candidate’s effort, ability, consistency, market conditions, technology, platform algorithms, audience response and business decisions.
Accordingly, Nu-XGenAI does not guarantee:
- Employment or job placement.
- Freelance assignments or clients.
- Admission to any institution.
- A specific examination result.
- YouTube monetisation.
- A specific number of followers, subscribers, views or engagements.
- Approval by social-media or e-commerce platforms.
- Business revenue, profit or investment returns.
- Online income of any amount.
- Recovery of programme fees through future earnings.
Examples, demonstrations, case studies and income illustrations are educational examples only. They must not be treated as promises of identical results.
Nothing in our promotional material should be interpreted as a “quick money” or assured-income scheme.
Consumer law in India protects candidates against false or misleading representations concerning services; these Terms do not remove those protections.
9. Artificial Intelligence Tools and Generated Content
Nu-XGenAI programmes may introduce candidates to generative-AI tools, chatbots, image generators, video tools, research assistants, automation platforms and related technologies.
Candidates acknowledge that:
- AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable.
- AI output must be reviewed by a competent human before publication or important use.
- Candidates must not submit confidential, sensitive or unlawful information to an AI platform.
- Candidates are responsible for checking facts, permissions, copyrights and licences.
- AI-generated material must not be used for impersonation, fraud, harassment, academic cheating or unlawful purposes.
- Nu-XGenAI does not control the availability, pricing, output or policies of third-party AI platforms.
- Features demonstrated during training may later be changed, restricted or discontinued by the platform provider.
- Candidates must comply with the terms, age restrictions and acceptable-use policies of each third-party platform.
Nu-XGenAI may teach responsible workflows, but the candidate remains responsible for how they use, publish, distribute or commercialise their final output.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Training may involve services provided by third parties, including AI platforms, hosting providers, social networks, video platforms, e-commerce services, payment gateways, cloud-storage providers and communication applications.
Third-party services operate under their own:
- Terms of service.
- Privacy policies.
- Pricing plans.
- Account rules.
- Content standards.
- Age restrictions.
- Licensing conditions.
Nu-XGenAI is not responsible for a third party’s outage, suspension, account rejection, content removal, price change, data practice or policy decision.
Any subscription, software licence, domain, hosting, advertising expense or platform fee not expressly included in the selected programme must be paid separately by the candidate.
11. Fees, Payment and Final Enrolment
The registration form itself does not require payment unless a payment facility is expressly provided.
Before final enrolment, the candidate should receive or be able to review:
- Programme name and scope.
- Total fee and applicable taxes.
- Instalment schedule, where available.
- Programme duration.
- Included and excluded services.
- Cancellation and refund conditions.
- Any additional software, device or platform cost.
Admission will ordinarily be confirmed only after:
- Eligibility requirements are satisfied.
- Required documents or guardian approval are received.
- The applicable fee or authorised instalment is paid.
- Nu-XGenAI issues an admission confirmation or receipt.
Payments should be made only through Nu-XGenAI’s authorised account, gateway or representative. Candidates should retain invoices and payment receipts.
12. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
The detailed refund conditions applicable to a paid programme must be disclosed before payment and may also appear in the admission form, invoice or programme-specific policy.
Unless a different written policy is provided before payment:
- A candidate may request cancellation by writing to [official email].
- Registration or assessment charges clearly identified as non-refundable may be retained to the extent permitted by law.
- Refund eligibility may depend on when the request is received and whether classes, materials, assessments or services have commenced.
- Any approved refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method within [7–15] working days after approval.
- Third-party charges already incurred specifically for the candidate may be deducted where this was disclosed in advance.
- No candidate will be deprived of a refund or remedy legally available for deficient services, misrepresentation or other grounds recognised by applicable law.
- If Nu-XGenAI cancels a paid programme without providing a reasonable alternative, the affected candidate will be offered rescheduling, credit adjustment or an appropriate refund.
The final published Terms should be accompanied by a separate, clear Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates are expected to:
- Attend sessions punctually and regularly.
- Follow reasonable trainer instructions.
- Complete assignments honestly.
- Maintain respectful conduct.
- Protect account credentials and learning materials.
- Use software and online services lawfully.
- Avoid recording sessions without permission.
- Avoid distributing proprietary materials.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats or disruption.
- Avoid uploading malware or attempting unauthorised system access.
- Obtain consent before using another person’s image, voice or information.
- Comply with copyright, privacy and platform rules.
A candidate must not use Nu-XGenAI’s name, logo, course access or community groups to promote scams, misleading income claims, pyramid schemes, unlawful financial arrangements or unauthorised commercial offers.
14. Attendance, Assignments and Certificates
Where a programme includes a certificate, eligibility may depend on:
- Minimum attendance.
- Completion of assignments.
- Project submission.
- Assessment performance.
- Payment of all applicable fees.
- Compliance with the code of conduct.
A Nu-XGenAI certificate recognises participation or completion of the relevant programme. It is not a university degree, statutory licence, government employment certificate or professional accreditation unless expressly stated in writing.
Lost certificates or requested corrections may be subject to identity verification and a reasonable administrative charge.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the following remain the property of Nu-XGenAI or their respective licensors:
- Course structure.
- Training presentations.
- Videos and recordings.
- Handouts and worksheets.
- Prompt libraries.
- Templates.
- Designs.
- Website content.
- Logos and branding.
- Software, applications or source code.

Candidates receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use supplied learning materials for their own education.
Candidates may not, without written permission:
- Resell or commercially redistribute the materials.
- Upload them to public websites or file-sharing services.
- Share paid access credentials.
- Copy and operate a competing course using substantially reproduced materials.
- Remove copyright or ownership notices.
- Record and distribute classes.
A candidate normally retains ownership of original work independently created by them, subject to the rights of third-party platforms and any separate project agreement.
16. Candidate Projects, Portfolio and Publicity
Nu-XGenAI will not automatically obtain ownership of a candidate’s original project merely because it was created during training.
Nu-XGenAI may request separate permission to display:
- Candidate testimonials.
- Photographs.
- Video clips.
- Completed projects.
- Success stories.
- Before-and-after examples.
Such promotional use should be based on a separate, voluntary media consent, particularly for minors.
Refusal to provide promotional or testimonial consent will not by itself make a candidate ineligible for ordinary training services.
17. Communication Consent
By registering, you authorise Nu-XGenAI to contact you or your guardian regarding:
- Your registration.
- Skill assessment.
- Admission counselling.
- Class schedules.
- Programme information.
- Payment or documentation.
- Service announcements.
- Support and follow-up.
Communication may occur through telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp using the details provided by you.
Operational messages necessary to process your registration are separate from promotional marketing. Where legally required or operationally practicable, promotional communication should be subject to separate consent and an opt-out facility.
You may ask Nu-XGenAI to stop non-essential promotional communication by contacting [email/WhatsApp number]. Service-related communication concerning an active registration or enrolment may continue where necessary.
18. Personal Information and Privacy
Nu-XGenAI may collect information such as:
- Candidate name.

- Access to their information.
- Correction or updating.
- Withdrawal of consent.
- Deletion of information no longer required.
- Information about how their data is being used.
- Resolution of a privacy grievance.
Withdrawal of consent will not invalidate lawful processing already carried out and may prevent Nu-XGenAI from continuing services that require the relevant information.
The website should publish a separate Privacy Policy explaining data categories, purposes, retention, sharing, security, candidate rights and contact procedures. The DPDP framework emphasises clear notice, specified purposes, affirmative consent, withdrawal and rights relating to correction and erasure.
19. Data Retention and Security
Candidate information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for registration, enrolment, support, legal compliance, dispute management, accounting or legitimate recordkeeping.
Nu-XGenAI will take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect candidate information. However, no website, device, database or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Candidates must immediately inform Nu-XGenAI if they believe:
- Their account or contact information has been compromised.
- An unauthorised person submitted a registration in their name.
- Their personal information displayed by Nu-XGenAI is incorrect.
- They receive suspicious communication pretending to represent Nu-XGenAI.
20. Online and Offline Class Requirements
Candidates participating online are responsible for maintaining:
- A compatible device.
- Adequate internet connectivity.
- Required applications.
- A safe learning environment.
- Updated login details.
Nu-XGenAI is not responsible for a session missed solely because of the candidate’s internet failure, device malfunction, power interruption or forgotten credentials. Reasonable support or alternative access may be provided according to programme policy.
Candidates attending offline sessions must follow venue rules, safety instructions and reasonable conduct requirements.
21. Suspension or Termination
Nu-XGenAI may issue a warning, restrict access, suspend or terminate participation where a candidate:
- Repeatedly disrupts classes.

- Commits fraud or impersonation.
- Shares paid course access without permission.
- Misuses confidential or proprietary information.
- Uses the programme for unlawful activity.
- Fails to pay agreed fees.
- Creates a material safety or security risk.
Where appropriate, the candidate will be informed of the reason and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Refund consequences will be determined under the applicable refund policy and law.
22. Availability and Force Majeure
Nu-XGenAI will make reasonable efforts to deliver programmes as announced. However, sessions may be delayed, rescheduled, moved online or temporarily interrupted because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disaster.
- Severe weather.
- Epidemic or public-health restriction.
- Government order.
- Civil disturbance.
- Internet or electricity disruption.
- Platform outage.
- Cyberattack.

Nu-XGenAI will make reasonable efforts to notify affected candidates and provide an alternative arrangement where practical.
23. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Nu-XGenAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from:
- A candidate’s independent business decision.

- Loss of social-media reach or monetisation.
- Account suspension caused by the candidate’s conduct.
- Failure to secure permissions or intellectual-property rights.
- Candidate equipment or connectivity problems.
- Unauthorised use of candidate credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, deficient services or rights available under consumer-protection law.

Questions, complaints or requests may be submitted to:
Grievance Contact: [Name]

Nu-XGenAI will acknowledge and attempt to resolve genuine complaints within a reasonable period.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, regulatory authority or court. The Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline also provides a pre-litigation grievance channel.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication. Where the dispute cannot be resolved, the candidate may use any court, consumer commission or statutory forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Subject to such statutory rights, ordinary civil disputes connected with Nu-XGenAI’s operations may be brought before courts having competent jurisdiction in Agartala, Tripura.
26. Changes to These Terms
Nu-XGenAI may update these Terms to reflect changes in programmes, technology, business operations or law.
The latest version will be published on the website with an updated date. Material changes affecting an existing paid enrolment will not be applied retrospectively in an unfair manner.
Where renewed consent is legally or reasonably required, Nu-XGenAI may request the candidate or guardian to accept the updated Terms.
27. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by Nu-XGenAI to immediately enforce a provision does not permanently waive its right to enforce that provision later.
28. Entire Understanding at Registration Stage
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any programme-specific information shown before payment, form the understanding applicable to candidate registration.
After admission, additional written terms may apply regarding fees, timetable, curriculum, attendance, certification, refund and project delivery. Where programme-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific written term will apply, provided it is lawful and was fairly disclosed.
